Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Norfolk, NE (Sign-on Bonus: $4,000) Job Type: Part-time (In-Person & Community-Based Services) ** Relocation or sign-on incentives available on a case-by-case basis** Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA program. This role provides clinical oversight and behavior analytic services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities across outpatient, home, school, and community settings. This position offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and leadership growth opportunities while making a meaningful impact in the Norfolk community. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessmentsDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plansSupervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior techniciansProvide parent and caregiver trainingMonitor client progress and adjust programming as neededMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure insurance complianceCollaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providersParticipate in team meetings and program development initiatives Qualifications: Active BCBA certificationMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related fieldNebraska licensure (or eligibility)Experience supervising technicians preferredStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsExperience with early intervention, autism, or severe behaviors preferred Benefits: Flexible schedulingCompetitive hourly or salary compensationPaid training and CEU supportClinical mentorship and supervisionLeadership growth opportunities
