Build strong patient relationships while delivering gentle, high-quality dentistry.Work with our team to support a welcoming and comfortable patient experience.Maintain accurate clinical records and deliver care according to best practices and standards.QualificationsDDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.Holds (or is eligible for) a Virginia dental license.US work authorization (Required)Values excellent patient care and clear communication.Can work independently but also thrives in a supportive team environment.New graduates and experienced dentists are both encouraged to apply
