Lumera Healthcare is seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide weekend, evening, and PRN group coverage across our growing outpatient clinics. This role is ideal for clinicians interested in part-time or contract work, with availability for weekend hours, evening shifts (up to 8:00 PM), and/or as-needed group facilitation. Opportunities are flexible and designed to support both clinician availability and client access to care.Responsibilities will include:Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is metImpact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs presentProvide individual, family and group therapy, as neededMaintain complete and accurate client records per regulationsEnsure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practiceCoordinate care with other service providers, as appropriateParticipate in case consultation as indicatedAdditionally: Lumera Healthcare is 100% outpatient - no holiday or after hour callsWe assist with credentialing through major insurersConsistent referral stream and call center support to grow your caseloadUser friendly EMR with client management, scheduling and billing all in one spotTo be eligible for this position, you must hold an active Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials: Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC, LCMHCLicensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW, LICSW, CSWLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFTLicensed Professional Counselor - LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LPCALicensed Mental Health Professional - LMHP, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in KentuckyPrevious experience in clinical counseling or social work setting preferred
