School Psychologist Job location: New Castle, IN Job type: Full-time / On-site Job description: We are seeking a a qualified and motivated School Psychologist to support students, staff, and families in promoting academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success. This position requires an individual who can work independently, maintain compliance with special education regulations, and effectively communicate responsibilities and requirements of the role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological and special education evaluations to guide eligibility, services, and programming decisions.Utilize appropriate assessment tools and data collection methods to inform interventions.Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and behavioral health.Participate in problem-solving teams, case conferences, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.Prepare clear, accurate, and timely written evaluation reports. Qualifications: Valid Indiana Teacher License in the appropriate content area.School Psychologist License (K-12) preferred.Candidates with a School Psychometrist or appropriate Special Education license will also be considered.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
