DescriptionJob Duties:Accurately schedule onsite radiologist shifts using QGenda.Coordinate neighboring physician coverage and remote contrast assignments.Distribute remote diagnostic mammography sites and assign PM coverage as needed.Adjust schedules promptly to reflect last-minute changes.Assign cases to the appropriate radiologist based on specialty.Field calls and messages from radiologists to assist with daily workflow.Respond to internal staff inquiries to facilitate report completion and case assignment.Assist with imaging assignment duties during call-outs or short staffing.Provide back-up training for new hire radiologists when primary trainer is unavailable.Solve first-level IT issues and escalate as needed.Education and Experience:High school diploma required. Degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Technology, Health Information Management, or a related field preferred.3+ years' experience in scheduling and/or customer serviceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong organizational and time-management skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication.Technical troubleshooting and first-level IT support.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Work Environment & Physical Requirements:A high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.Internet service must be reliable and consistent, capable of supporting video conferencing, remote desktop access, and secure data transmission.A backup internet solution is required in case of service interruptions.
