A K-12 educational setting in Reynoldsburg, OH, is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services for the current school year on a contract basis. These roles are perfect for SLP professionals with experience in pediatric care, school environments, teletherapy, and those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to a caseload of no more than 60 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of elementary school students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student progress. Provide services within a scheduled framework from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, accommodating the needs of the school community. Utilize teletherapy techniques when necessary to ensure consistent and effective student care. Qualifications and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status. Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy practices is advantageous. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
