An established digital mail-order pharmacy is seeking experienced pharmacists to support high-volume prescription fulfillment operations. This direct hire role involves dispensing primarily generic medications, with some brand and specialty drugs, serving all 50 states plus DC. Key Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including accuracy checks and verification. Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth, efficient workflow. Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment with high prescription volumes. Collaborate closely with team members to maintain operational excellence. Flexibly cover weekend shifts and occasional weekdays as needed. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Pharmacist with an active Kentucky license (candidates licensed in Cincinnati, OH, are encouraged to verify KY licensure). High-volume retail pharmacy experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Schedule: Weekend shifts: Saturday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM-5:00 PM. Occasional weekday shifts as required from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday through Friday. Location: Based in Newport, KY. Candidates should be able to commute or relocate accordingly.
