Financial Services firm seeks the following: Will support the overall HR function and organizational objectives. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices related to performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions. Support the annual performance review cycle. Deliver compliance training programs such as DEI Administer employee benefits programs. Drive ongoing HRIS initiatives. Assist with HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Hybriod role (3x/week onsite)
