Under general supervision, The Analyst independently provides an intermediate level of operational and application build expertise in completing routine and occasionally more complex assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. Task and assignment focus is typically on medium to large projects, performing workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external team members. * High School Graduate * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field - Preferred * Minimum three (3) years of work experience, particularly in claims and remittance areas * EPIC Application Resolute Professional Billing * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong analytical, organizational, technical, and troubleshooting skills * Ability to analyze data, problem‑solve, and clearly communicate solutions * Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution * Ability to work in a complex multi‑communication‑channel environment * Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams * Ability to develop, document and ensure adherence to technical standards * Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues * Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast -paced environment with changing priorities. * Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service * Skill at tracking tasks, defining next steps, identifying owners, and holding people accountable * Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple players, including vendors, subject matter experts, interface engine developers, and end users, to design, configure, and test interfaces * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.) * Strong knowledge of Resolute PB Application
