Signet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation salary with a variety of both paid and voluntary benefits. $2.00 shift diff for nights and weekends. Responsibilities: * Conducts initial assessments. * Provide Mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families * Provides crisis intervention as needed. * Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and Joint Commission regulations. * Coordinates treatment planning. * Additional duties as required to successfully perform within the scope of this role. * Effectively communicates with team.
