Position Summary:Provides direction and oversees operation of one or more locations and services with significant overall budget and complexity. Ensures organizational direction and goals are met and client outcomes achieved. Position Description:Oversee the delivery of quality services in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency, regulatory and funder requirements. Direct, plan, coordinate and develop clinical services.Minimize financial and other risks with a focus on continuous quality improvement.Work with Director to develop and manage a budget and operating plan to support the financial success of the individual locations; solicit additional funding for services when opportunities exist.Foster teamwork and a positive work environment; anticipate and respond to staffing needs.Oversee Clinical and/or Operational Supervisors by providing ongoing direction, input, feedback and training opportunities.Participate in the hiring of all reporting staffEnsure all staff receive training and coaching to allow for continuous professional development.Conduct or oversee the evaluation and development process in a fair, timely and consistent manner.Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders and act as a liaison with the community.Ensure service integration by collaborating with peers and agency leadershipEnsure understanding of funding agreements and contracts; respond to external funders in accordance with requirements.Work cooperatively with all partners to lead a collaborative team. Provide direct supervision to therapists and case managers in the program.
