Job Summary: The MRI Technician is responsible for performing MRI procedures, including setting up, scanning, and processing images. This position involves communication with radiologists, physicians, patients, and their families. Additional duties include contrast injections, quality control, maintaining schedules, and assisting radiologists. The technician operates and maintains MRI and auxiliary equipment, adhering to imaging and safety guidelines.Location:Olympia, Washington, United StatesResponsibilities: - Perform MRI procedures, including setup, scanning, and processing. - Communicate with radiologists, physicians, patients, and families. - Administer contrast injections. - Perform quality control and reporting tasks. - Maintain day-to-day schedules. - Assist radiologists. - Operate and maintain MRI and auxiliary equipment. - Ensure adherence to imaging and safety guidelines. - Provide care for both inpatients and outpatients.Required Skills & Certifications: - ARRT (R) certification. - ARRT MR certification. - Active Washington State License. - BLS certification. - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technician.Preferred Skills & Certifications: - N/ASpecial Considerations: - All RTO (request time off) must be included in the submittal. - No call is required. - Travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility will not be eligible for a travel contract.Scheduling: - 4x10 Weekday Nights (1700-0330) - Monday-Thursday
