Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, managing chronic and acute conditions. * Collaborate with specialists, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients. * Stay current with advancements in medical practice and integrate evidence-based care into daily practice. * Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with system protocols. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-focused care model.
