Job Description and Responsibilities: Support as-is and to-be process analysis, requirements gathering, and mock-ups/wireframes to illustrate functional system/process requirements Analyze, identify, track, and resolve system deficiencies and continuous improvements/ enhancements based on user feedback Develop, prepare and/or maintain required documentation pertaining to business processes, systems operation, and other technical processes (SOP, WI) Support the development of stakeholder briefings to present/ demo to clients and senior leaders in the organization. Create and/ or automate data visualization tools, e.g. dashboards, suites etc Consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results. Must have expertise in medical domain and solutioning.
