By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures.Identify, assess, and mitigate environmental, health, and safety risks and hazards.Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.Design and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify non-compliance and areas for improvement.Manage hazardous waste disposal and environmental permits.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive EHS management systems and programs (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) is highly preferred.Bonus QualificationsCertified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designationExperience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies applied to EHS processesProficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Gensuite, Intelex, Sphera)Proven experience in developing and implementing ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management systemsJob Titles That Should ApplyHSE Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Manager, Safety Manager, Occupational Health and Safety Manager, Health and Safety Manager, EHS Director, Safety, Health and Environment ManagerWhy Pivot GroupThe Pivot Group was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
