If you're driven, creative, and ready to make an impact, join us.Now Hiring: Rad Tech/CT TechLocation: South Nashville and Hendersonville (with occasional support at other nearby clinics)As a Rad Tech, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures in alignment with established clinical protocols and industry standards, ensuring accurate diagnostic results and patient safetyWhat You'll Do as a Rad Tech:Perform sinus CT scans using our in-house equipment (training provided)Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance through audits and quality controlCollaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including physicians, physician assistants, and medical assistantsPrepare patients for imaging procedures, clearly explaining steps and ensuring proper positioningManage medical supply inventory and coordinate ordering as neededSupport clinical operations by gathering patient history, rooming patients, setting up exam rooms, and maintaining sterilized instrumentsParticipate in cross-training to develop a well-rounded understanding of clinic functions; support the MA and PSR team as neededWhat You Bring:Completion of an accredited Radiology or CT Tech programRegistered Technologist (RT) with active ARRT certificationTN State Rad Tech LicensureClinical experience preferredExcellent communication skills with a strong eye for detailProficiency in using computers and electronic medical recordsTeam-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to assist with medical assisting duties when not performing CT scansValid driver's license requiredwork between the South Nashville and Hendersonville clinicsWhy Choose ADVENT:16+ days PTO (prorated first year) + paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA401k match & life insuranceRegular business hours - no nights or weekendsA culture that values solutions and encourages growthConvenient Monday-Friday schedule, Enjoy weekends and evenings for yourself!This is a full time 32-40 hr/week flex positionCurrent clinic hours 8am-5pm Monday-FridayExplore more at ADVENT Careers Salary Description $32.91 - $41.14 per hour
