Demonstrates knowledge and ability to assist with checking patient into the Radiology Department for testing. Maintains a safe environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: High school diploma or GED Graduate of the committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited radiography programExperience: None required for staff positionCertification/License: AART certification in MR or OJT training to become registered with the ARRT Must become registered with the ARRT within 1 year of training start date Maintains credentials in good standing BLS requiredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of anatomy and physiology in order to perform MR testing Knowledge of imaging equipment Good verbal skills Basic computer skills Ability to use computerized information systems Skill in establishing and maintaining good working relationshipsWORK ENVIRONMENTWork is normally performed in an interior/office or workshop environment.
