Akkodis is seeking a Functional Consultant for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate is skilled in designing integrated logistics and sourcing processes and leading teams through testing, issue resolution, and functional delivery. Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Functional Consultant job responsibilities include: * Lead end‑to‑end SAP Supply Chain solution design within S/4HANA and BTP, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Direct and collaborate with cross‑functional ERP teams and external integrators to drive high‑quality solution delivery. * Design and optimize Source‑to‑Pay and Logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules. * Oversee functional solution architecture across multiple modules, ensuring cohesive and scalable system design. * Manage testing cycles, including test planning, defect management, and timely issue resolution. * Support continuous process improvements by leveraging SAP Solution Manager and Supply Network Collaboration tools. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain with strong E2E process and S/4HANA BTP solutioning expertise. * Proven ability to lead cross‑functional ERP teams and external integrators to deliver complex SAP solutions. * Strong hands‑on knowledge of SAP Source‑to‑Pay, Logistics, and cross‑module integrations, including testing and defect management leadership.
