Your Role & Impact As a Dentist at TrueCare, you'll provide comprehensive dental services and preventive education to patients of all ages. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise dental assistants, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. You'll also support clinical operations, mentor students, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR system. What We're Looking For * License from the State of California as Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) * Current BLS certification through American Heart Association * X-Ray License * Minimum 6 months of experience as a practicing Dentist * Available to work a Saturday rotation * Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish), 2-3 years of experience, familiarity with community health center regulations Why Join Us We're a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone. The pay range for this role is $155,000 - $270,000 on an annual basis
