The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical background in cardiac care, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification Oversee the daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management. Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure cohesive and efficient patient care. Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality improvement initiatives. Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the Cath Lab team. Manage departmental budgets and expenses to optimize resources and maintain cost-effectiveness. Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and clinical protocols specific to cardiac catheterization. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure coordinated care and service delivery. Candidate requirements Current RN license in Washington. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a cardiac or Cath Lab setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of Cath Lab procedures, equipment, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and high-stakes environment.
