Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification• Perform age-specific admission and ongoing assessments, documenting findings and using them to develop personalized care plans. • Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to create, implement, and adjust care plans based on patient status. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes for patients of all ages. • Administer treatments and medications accurately and document them using electronic medical records, including EPIC. Candidate requirements• Graduate of a school of professional nursing from an accredited college or an approved program, eligible to sit for the Virginia licensure exam. • Valid RN license in Virginia or eligible to obtain one. • CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications may be required depending on the patient care needs.
