Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced **Clinical Pharmacist** to provide oversight, clinical leadership, and operational excellence for a high-performing patient care team. This role blends hands-on clinical review, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and patient-centered care within a specialty pharmacy environment. **Location** : Licensed in Cary, NC, or Fort Worth, TX, (active, unrestricted license in good standing) **Pay Rate:** $60/hr. Full-Time Opportunity **What You'll Do** - Conduct comprehensive pharmacotherapy reviews (DUR, interactions, side effect profiling, compliance, administration support) - Counsel patients on new drug therapies in alignment with clinical management models - Document clinical interventions and ensure seamless communication with nursing teams - Coordinate care with prescribers to address social, psychological, and physical patient needs - Complete REMS training and adhere to program SOPs - Provide subcutaneous injection teaching to patients and caregivers - Serve as liaison between patients, caregivers, clinicians, home health, and hospice teams - Perform intake of new patient referrals - Manage adverse event reporting and product quality complaints **Operational Excellence** - Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed in accordance with state, federal, and Board of Pharmacy laws - Maintain strict compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and government payer policies - Verify prescription order entry accuracy and final product quality assurance - Supervise and support pharmacy technicians - Assist with claim adjudication oversight - Monitor hazardous waste handling and sterile compounding practices - Oversee aseptic technique compliance - Provide on-call coverage as directed - Manage therapy discontinuations and software deactivations appropriately **Professional Impact** - Implement clinical management models for products and disease states - Foster strong patient and clinician relationships - Support development goals of assigned pharmacy staff - Maintain CE requirements and pursue continued learning - Attend professional conferences and contribute to team knowledge sharing **Qualifications** - 3-5+ years post-graduate pharmacy experience (clinical oversight & operations) - Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy - Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing - Licensed in North Carolina, Texas, or Kentucky - BCOP certified OR willing to pursue BCOP when eligible - Strong sterile technique and quality control knowledge - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed - Working knowledge of pharmacy systems and documentation platforms **_If you are ready to step into a leadership-focused Clinical Pharmacist role where safety, compliance, and patient advocacy are top priorities - apply today._** Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
