This role provides medical and emotional support within a structured, residential treatment environment and is ideal for individuals motivated to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. This position supports a male-only inpatient program, ensuring safety, structure, and therapeutic engagement while assisting clients as they transition to step-down levels of care. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activitiesObserve and supervise clients and conduct 30-minute well-being checksConduct telephone admission screenings and assist with admissions processesSearch client belongings at admission and discharge in accordance with policyComplete all required checklists, shift documentation, and records accurately and on timeFollow agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality standardsSupport clients through structured programming, case management, and group services Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Required Skills: Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts in an inpatient settingStrong interpersonal, observation, and documentation skills Preferred Skills: Experience working with substance use disorder populationsValid Driver's License in good standing Work Environment / Physical Requirements: Male-Only Treatment Program (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification applies due to client population and privacy requirements) Additional Requirements: Must be separated from any BILH-affiliated facility for a minimum of 6 months prior to consideration About GTT: GTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American owned company based in Alaska.
