Assignment OverviewSpecialty: Urology Start Date: August 4, 2026 (or upon completion of credentialing) End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinic & OR (No Call Coverage) Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Schedule & Clinical ScopeHours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekly Breakdown: 4 days in Clinic, 1 day in OR. Onsite Technology: Da Vinci Xi Robot available. Support: Dedicated clinic space ready for use. Requirements & QualificationsCertification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. Life Safety: ACLS and BLS required. Licensure: Active Michigan (MI) License, MI CDS, and MI DEA. Experience: * Must have performed at least 50 urological procedures in the last 12 months OR completed an accredited residency/fellowship within the last 12 months. Successful completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited or equivalent foreign training program. Credentialing & OnboardingTimeline: Approximately 30 Days. Background: Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct a separate screening. Fees: Facilities may impose administrative or enrollment-related fees for onboarding.
