An inpatient/clinical pharmacist opportunity is available on a contract basis starting January 2nd, with an initial 12-week duration likely to extend to 24 weeks. The position requires providing comprehensive pharmacy services throughout the hospital, supporting transitional care, patient drug information, medication reconciliation, and clinical rounding as needed. Key responsibilities include: Covering multiple hospital units to ensure medication safety and efficacy Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers Participating in clinical rounds when necessary Utilizing EPIC software for documentation and communication This role involves a rotating schedule with a mix of day and evening shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends.
