We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care through collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.Role SummaryThe Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to a team of Support Coordinators serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This position ensures services are delivered in accordance with all state and organizational standards, promotes quality outcomes, and supports staff in achieving performance and compliance goals.The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, a passion for mentoring others, and experience in IDD or behavioral health programs.Key Responsibilities• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing support to assigned Support Coordinators.• Review and approve person-centered service plans to ensure they meet clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.• Conduct regular field and office-based supervision meetings, case reviews, and performance evaluations.• Monitor caseloads to ensure service delivery aligns with individual needs and agency requirements.• Support onboarding, training, and professional development for new and existing staff.• Review documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid, DBHDD, and agency guidelines.• Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and corrective action plans.• Serve as a liaison between staff, management, and community partners to resolve service issues and promote best practices.• Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and program updates as directed by leadership.• Maintain current knowledge of regulations, resources, and clinical practices in the IDD field.Required Qualifications• Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing case management, support coordination, or clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities.• At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.• Working knowledge of Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) standards.• Strong communication, coaching, and documentation skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for travel throughout assigned areas.• Must be one of the following licensed or credentialed professionals:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)PsychologistLicensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LAPC)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)Registered Nurse (RN)Why Join Us?Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePrescription CoverageLife Insurance with Buy-Up OptionShort- and Long-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)Accident, Hospital, and Cancer PlansHealth Advocacy ProgramWorkers' Compensation Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Quick FactsRole: Field-based support coordinationSchedule: Part-Time, weekdaysTeam: Collaborative and mission-driven professionals
