An Ultrasound Technologist role is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this position, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic sonography according to policies, procedures and protocols of the radiology department and scanning abdomen, small parts, OB, and Breast. **Location:** Houston, TX **Job duration:** Minimum 3-month+ temp/contract role **Shift:** Monday-Friday 8:15am-5:15pm **Hourly pay rate:** $ 55.92/hr. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Performs diagnostic sonography according to policies, procedures and protocols of the radiology department and scanning abdomen, small parts, OB, and Breast. Understands age related communication needs of patients and is able to effectively convey instructions to patients to facilitate the performance of sonographic studies. Interacts effectively with patients and coworkers, including staff assigned to other locations. Communicates readily and well with Supervisor, Lead Tech and Radiologists in giving and receiving feedback.
