Performs radiographic procedures using fixed and mobile radiographic equipment within the hospital environment (i.e., E.R., Main Diagnostic) under the direction of supervisor/ manager/ Radiologist. Works within a team of radiological technologists and other hospital staff to accomplish common objectives of superior customer service and producing great radiographs. Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent required; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program. Successful completion of a radiological program. Certifications & Licensure: AART required, Current State/District license required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license required. Current RT Registration. BLS. Current state Radiation Quality Standards. Experience: 1 year experience - acute care setting required. Additional Requirement: Must live 100 miles away.
