We're looking for an ITCD Specialist who is passionate about helping individuals managing both mental health and substance use challenges take meaningful steps toward stability and wellness.In this role, you'll build strong relationships with clients, provide therapeutic support, and collaborate with a team that values empathy, professionalism, and whole-person care.What You'll DoAs an ITCD Specialist, you will:Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disordersComplete co-occurring assessments and help develop client-centered treatment plansMeet clients where they are through assertive outreach, community connections, and practical supportManage a caseload while maintaining consistent, high-quality careCollaborate with teammates during staffings and treatment planning meetingsShare your knowledge by cross-training team members on co-occurring disorder treatment strategiesSupport clients during emotional or behavioral crises as part of the emergency services teamEnsure services meet DMH standards and ITCD fidelity requirementsComplete clear, timely clinical documentation in accordance with Centerstone standardsParticipate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional developmentContribute positively to a collaborative, respectful team environmentWhat We're Looking ForA Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related fieldOR four (4) years of relevant experience in mental health and/or substance use servicesOR a combination of education and experience totaling four (4) yearsExperience or interest in:Mental health and substance use treatmentCase management and care coordinationCrisis intervention (preferred but not required)A valid driver's license and reliable transportationSkills That Help You SucceedAbility to communicate clearly and professionally - verbally and in writingStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsComfort working independently while staying connected to a teamOpenness to supervision, feedback, and continuous learningCommitment to professionalism, ethics, and client confidentialityAbility to build trust and rapport with diverse individualsWhy You'll Love Working HereWe believe in supporting the people who care for others.
