Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians for patient care.Minimum Requirements:National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CVI/CVT) as applicable.Minimum two years of clinical experience in the respective department. One year of breast imaging experience is required. Experience in OBGYN is preferred.Licenses: ARDMS / RDMS credentialing required.CPR certification upon hire. AHA BLS to be obtained within 60 days of hire.Demonstrated competency in performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations across assigned modalities (cardiac, vascular, and/or general ultrasound) and ability to operate diagnostic ultrasound systems and related computer/reporting systems.Willingness to float to meet departmental needs up to competency level.Ability to perform age-specific care from infant through geriatric patients and to participate in departmental accreditation activities.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00.Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40.Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview.
