A direct hire opportunity is available for staff pharmacists skilled in mail order pharmacy dispensing. This position focuses on digital and mail order prescription fulfillment, primarily dispensing generic medications with occasional brand and specialty drugs. Location: Fort Mitchell, KY Responsibilities: Manage full cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment tasks, including verifying and checking prescriptions. Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure orderly workflow. Support weekend and occasional weekday shifts, with weekend hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays and 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays. Adapt quickly to a high-volume, fast-paced workflow, collaborating closely with the pharmacy team. Qualifications: Licensed pharmacist in Kentucky; pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH, should verify eligibility for KY licensure. Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings is highly preferred. Ability to work weekend shifts on a weekly basis, with some flexibility for weekday shifts as needed. Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to workflow changes. This role involves working with a fast-growing mail order pharmacy that processes prescriptions nationwide, serving all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The pharmacy dispensed over 200,000 prescriptions in September 2025 and is expanding its accounts.
