Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.Job SummarySt. Raphael the Archangel Catholic School is seeking a caring, energetic, and responsible Summer Camp Aide to support students in our summer camp program. The Summer Camp Aide helps create a safe, engaging, and faith-filled environment where students can grow socially, emotionally, and spiritually while enjoying structured summer activities.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and actively engage with students during summer camp hoursAssist with daily activities including games, crafts, outdoor play, and organized eventsSupport snack and lunch times while ensuring student safety and appropriate behaviorMonitor students at all times to ensure a safe and secure environmentUphold and model Catholic values in interactions with students, staff, and familiesAssist camp leaders and coordinators with activity setup and cleanupHelp maintain clean, organized, and welcoming camp spacesCommunicate effectively with camp staff regarding student needs or concernsFollow all school policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including emergency proceduresJob RequirementsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to work well with children in a group settingReliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a teamWarm, patient, and positive interactions with studentsCommitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic educationPreferred:Experience working with children in a school, camp, or childcare settingCPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hirePracticing Catholic preferred, but not requiredThe Archdiocese of St. Louis is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
