Preference for those with experience working with adolescents who are justice-system involved. License: One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT). Certifications: Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal pursuant to relevant sections of Ohio Revised Code. Must-Have: Independent Mental Health Licensure Description: The Behavioral Health Provider operates under the general supervision of the facility behavioral health services supervisor. In this full-time contract role, you will provide group treatment and one-on-one individual sessions to assigned youth. You will provide documentation of clinical services provided. You will provide clinical summaries and updates to the facility behavioral health supervisor for the youth's treatment team. Your work will contribute to positive outcomes and youth well-being within this unique context. You will provide group treatment for youth with court orders or clinically assessed needs. You will provide individual, one-on-one therapy sessions for assigned youth on the mental health caseload. You will provide clinical summaries and reports of youth progress or barriers to progress. You will ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation. You will collaborate closely with behavioral health services to facilitate seamless service delivery. Unusual working conditions may include exposure to clients who may be potentially violent. You may be exposed to unusual noise, odors, or contagious diseases.
