We are committed to helping Alaskan's recover.DescriptionClinical Associates at Alaska Behavioral Health (AKBH) are responsible for assisting clients in meeting overall goals as identified in their treatment plan within a multi-disciplinary team approach. Services may be conducted in office and/or in the community based off the individuals needs identified in the treatment plan, to include individual/group skills and providing case management for coordination of care addressing areas of management of daily routine, employment, housing, transportation, resources, and medical management.The position of Clinical Associate is divided into three (3) levels of responsibility and independence depending on education and relevant experience as well as the applicant's ability to take on responsibilities.Good To KnowPosition Based in Fairbanks, AKPosition is Full-Time Pay Range is $20.00 to $30.00 depending on experience.Eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan.Student Loan Assistance is Available - Professional Growth is encouraged!AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children; 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, 3% automatically contributed by AKBH; 5 weeks of PTO for the first year and 8 weeks of PTO after the first year.What We Need from YouClinical Associate I - $20.00 - $26.25You have a high school diploma or GED You have one year's working with adults, children, adolescents & their families in a health care, home health, or mental health service setting strongly preferred.Valid driver's license with a 5-year clean driving recordClinical Associate II - $21.50 - $27.50High school diploma or GED. (Associate degree applicants greatly encouraged to apply)Two years of case management experience working with mentally ill adults in relevant settings such alcohol, drug, developmental disability, physical rehabilitation, etc.Valid driver's license with a 5-year clean driving recordClinical Associate III - $23.50 - $30.00Bachelor's degree in a human-services field such as social work, psychology, etc.Five years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.Valid driver's license with a 5-year clean driving recordAlaska Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
