Details are below.Salary: $129, 570 - $208, 670/annuallyPharmacist Opportunity:Oncology Pharmacist will facilitate the delivery of safe, effective, and pharmaceconomically rational medications to hematology/oncology patients.They will provide education, develop and implement guidelines, policies, and medication regimens, provide appropriate interventions, and be involved in professional development and performance improvement initiativesThey will be responsible for supervising and directing support personnel in addition to the safe and proper distribution and use of medications in hematology/oncology patients.Oncology Pharmacist will sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing nonformulary procurements, utilizing therapeutic interchanges, and promoting rational drug therapy selectionPharmacist Qualifications:Current Pharmacist s license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy.Basic Life Support certification with expectation of Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within first year of hireBoard Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred.The Surrounding Environment:Growing population and diverse industrial/logistical base.Center for agricultural, commercial, and industrial expansion.A family-oriented community featuring recreational amenities, a, annual rodeo, and a mix of suburban and rural living.Features significant investment from large distribution centers, manufacturing, and increasing data center development.
