The Therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to prioritize client care and achieve treatment objectives. The Therapist ensures compliance with ethical standards, participates in professional development, and maintains timely documentation.Essential Functions Conduct intake assessments for incoming clients with our Children Family and Youth programsDirects clients' care by developing, implementing, and managing personalized care plans with specific treatment goals and objectives for each clientFollows agency documentation policies for all phases of treatment, including assessments, care plans, treatment transitions and discharge plans, and client careCollaborates with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatmentAdheres to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulationsMeets direct care expectationsParticipates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure, certification, and/or other agency requirementsRequirementsEducation/LicensesMaster's degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fieldACMHC, AMFT, CSW, licensure in the State of UtahCMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of UtahValley de-escalation certification (provided)ExperienceNoneSalary Description $31.26 - $42.19
