Job Description

A school-based opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across multiple grade levels, including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. This contract position is located in Cambridge, MA, and offers a chance to apply evidence-based behavior intervention strategies within an educational setting. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavior management techniques Monitor progress and adjust plans according to student response and goals Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working in school settings with students ranging from early elementary to high school grades Ability to conduct assessments and design behavior support plans effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts This contract role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' academic and social development through applied behavior analysis.
