This role supports providers across multiple specialties and plays a key role in delivering efficient and high-quality patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesRoom patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaintsPrepare patients for examinations and assist providers during proceduresPerform clinical tasks such as injections, EKGs, lab draws, and point-of-care testing (as applicable)Document patient information accurately in the EMRManage patient flow to ensure timely careMaintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standardsProvide excellent customer service and patient communicationAssist with referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up care coordinationQualificationsMinimum 6 months of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (required)Experience in a multi-specialty or high-volume environment is a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced settingKnowledge of EMR systems preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for growth within a multi-specialty organizationSupportive team environmentOngoing training and developmentFull benefits package (for eligible employees)Why Join GetWell?
