Description The Opportunity Director of Patient Services, Women and Infants Service Line UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital (LPH): Longmont, CO. This position reports to LPH CNO. Pay: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Directs nursing departments activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. Key Responsibilities + Provide strategic and operational leadership for inpatient units including Women and Infants Service Line. + Establishes a framework that ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, quality and ethical standards by promoting consistent practices and driving process standardization across the organization. + Lead and support nursing practice and clinical care delivery. + Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and evidence-based practice to drive high-quality patient outcomes. + Oversee performance improvement initiatives, risk management, and patient experience strategies. + Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. + Collaborate with senior leadership, medical staff, and interdisciplinary teams to align care delivery with organizational goals. + Manage financial performance including operating budgets and capital planning. + Direct workforce planning, staff development, and succession strategies to ensure a qualified and engaged team. + Represent nursing and patient care issues to governing bodies and advocate for healthcare policy and nursing value. + Lead Pathways to Excellence program activities and uphold professional standards. Candidate Qualifications + Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing. + Master's Degree in Nursing or Administration or signed agreement to complete Master's Degree in Nursing within agreed upon time frame. + State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). + Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. + 5 years of increasing administrative roles including responsibility for multiple units.
