**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital, a member of CommonSpirit Health, is Seeking a BE/BC Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician** to join our multi specialty team! We are a 200 bed regional referral center with over a 300,000 catchment area. We are a Level II Trauma center with AirCare flight and EMS services and have a 24-bed open ICU with 24/7 hospitalist service. **Opportunity to join a well established program! New grads welcome - excellent mentoring** + Replace a long standing provider retiring and join a partner in the practice + Outpatient and Inpatient + Acute IP Rehab unit - 14 bed.
