What You'll Do * Develop hands‑on experience interpreting medication, IV admixture, and TPN orders * Learn proper processes for dispensing controlled substances in compliance with state and federal regulations * Gain skills in compounding and dispensing medications * Participate in clinical activities under the guidance of our clinical manager * Work with modern automated pharmacy systems * Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellent patient care What You Bring * Enrollment in a College of Pharmacy or pre‑pharmacy program * Current pharmacy intern license or technician‑in‑training status * Strong critical‑thinking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay calm under pressure * A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
