Legacy Silverton Medical Center is seeking a LOCUM TO PERM skilled and dedicated Breast imaging radiologist to join their team.Hospital-based Breast Center 8 am - 5 pm schedule, Monday to FridayLevel 4 trauma designationNo ER volume, as this is a Breast Imager positionPowerscribe dictation into EPIC, EPIC Mammography reporting1 mammography room and 2 ultrasound rooms at Silverton; 1 mammography room and 1 ultrasound room at the Imaging Center (only screening exams performed at this facility)250 radiologists in the Seattle-based practice, with the Breast Imager serving as the on-site physicianSupport staff includes 2 daytime ultrasound techs, 1 mammography tech, and 1 breast navigatorBreast navigator assists in stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and helps schedule follow-up care for mammography patientsTeleradiology is not an option for this position- is used for diagnostic radiology exams, but not for breast imagingAdult patient demographic.Requirement description : Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years - REQUIREDFellowship in Breast Imaging - highly preferredActive OR License - REQUIREDBLS - REQUIREDProficiency in mammography and breast biopsies - REQUIREDMust be interested in going perm after working an agreed upon amount of time as a locum.CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLSBoard CertifiedBoard EligibleSTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : OregonADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Weekend Requirements : On Call Requirements :
