This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.What You'll DoAs an integral part of our behavioral health team, you will:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluationsDiagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disordersDevelop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary teamMake treatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medicationsCollaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planningCommunicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionalsEnjoy a Monday-Friday schedule, the flexibility to manage your own time, and no on-call duties.What We're Looking ForActive and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required)Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settingsStrong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skillsA commitment to delivering care with compassion, ethics, and integrityWhat We OfferWe believe in supporting our team just as much as our patients.
