American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment, requiring 2+ years of experience and proficiency with Philips 1.5T and 3T MRI systems.Job Details• Acute care hospital setting in the Main MRI unit,• Shift schedule includes Sundays 7:00 AM-7:30 PM, Mondays 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Fridays 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, and Saturdays 7:00 AM-7:30 PM, with holiday coverage required,• Shift lengths of 8 or 12 hours depending on the day,• On-call rotation runs Monday through Monday; weekday call hours are 11:00 PM-7:00 AM, and weekend call covers 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM the following day,• On weekends, on-call tech is required to cover the scheduled 7:00 AM-7:00 PM shift if there is a call-in,• Call rotation is currently once per month, subject to change based on staffing,• Callback is rare, averaging 2-4 times per month total,• Charting performed in Epic,• Familiarity with Philips 1.5T and 3T MRI systems required; a 1.5T Siemens system will also be in use,• Daily parking is available at $15+/day; monthly parking passes range from $95-$120 across on- and off-campus options,Job Requirements• Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience,• Active BLS certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted,• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted,• Experience with Philips 1.5T and 3T MRI systems required,• Epic EMR experience preferred,• A copy of your driver's license is required for consideration,• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire,• License required if applicable,Additional Information• Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered,• Orientation is 12 hours
