Seasonal assistance with greenhouse and plant maintenance, experiments in lab, and field sample collection. Essential job duties include: * Assisting the Principal Investigator (PI), graduate students, post-docs, and technicians in various experiments in the lab. * Work may involve collecting research samples, processing materials, and performing cloning experiments. * Work may also involve driving to field locations to assist with assessing trials, clone banks, and seed orchards. * The candidate will also be responsible for helping with greenhouse and plant maintenance. * They will participate in regular lab meetings and check-in meetings with PI to update progress.
