Position OverviewMAT Care Clinics is reposting this position as a Medical Assistant / Lab Technician hybrid role. The primary responsibilities of this position are Medical Assistant and Laboratory support functions, with additional cross-training in select clinical & administrative support roles to ensure continuity of care and operational coverage across the clinic.This role is ideal for a candidate who is SUDS & MAT grounded and willing to flex into other support functions as needed to meet clinic and provider needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesMedical AssistantSupport providers with patient intake, vitals, clinical documentation, and patient flowAssist with clinical procedures and medication administration within scopeMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHRLaboratory Technician (Primary)Collect, label, and process laboratory specimens in accordance with protocolPerform CLIA-waived testing & Moderate level testing as trained and authorizedMaintain laboratory logs, quality controls, and supply inventoryCross-Trained Support FunctionsThe employee will be cross trained to provide coverage in the following areas to support clinic and provider operations:Float Medical Assistant coverage for Nashua & Manchester locationsFront Desk backup support (PRN)Biofeedback Technician supportTMS Technician supportRequirementsQualificationsComfortability serving with SUDs clients; experience preferredPrior laboratory or specimen collection experience strongly preferredWillingness to complete cross-training in additional clinical support rolesStrong attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environmentBenefitsPaid time offHealth, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance401(k)Why Join Us?Mission-driven work supporting individuals in recoveryCollaborative, team-based environmentCross-training opportunities to build healthcare and behavioral health skillsCompetitive hourly pay and benefits package
