Position Summary:We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible Outpatient Therapist to support our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in northern Minnesota. This role focuses on in-person services, rapid access to care, Comprehensive/Initial Evaluations, and ongoing outpatient therapy. The position is ideal for clinicians interested in flexible scheduling while contributing to improved access, continuity of care, and integrated behavioral health services.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide in-person outpatient therapy to individuals across the lifespan, consistent with evidence-based and person-centered practices.Complete Comprehensive/Initial Evaluations and clinical evaluations in alignment with Minnesota statutes and CCBHC requirements.Support quick access / same-week appointment availability to reduce barriers to care and improve timely engagement.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatry, care coordination, peer support, and case management staff.Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals, medical necessity, and functional outcomes.Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes to support compliance and quality outcomes.Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement activities as applicable to role status.Required Skills/Abilities:Effective interpersonal communications skills, both in Computer hardware and software skills sufficient to effectively interact with RMHC software and web-based programsAble to attend to nonverbal cues from a person we support in a therapy settingAble to converse and interact sufficiently to effectively communicate and record information proficiently in person, by telephone, or via tele-health technologyAble to interact with people in a pleasant mannerAble to handle sensitive situations in a calm, professional mannerFlexible and able to prioritize workloadPhilosophical approach consistent with the Range Mental Health Center's missionRegular and reliable attendance is a requirement to this positionEducation and Experience:Experience working within a CCBHC or integrated care settingFamiliarity with quick access or same-day/rapid intake modelsExperience serving rural or underserved populationsKnowledge of Minnesota behavioral health statutes and documentation standardsSchedule and Engagement OptionsPart-Time Employment (set or flexible schedule)Preference for clinicians able to provide consistent in-person availability during high-demand access timesCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on licensure, experience, and employment statusFlexible scheduling optionsAdministrative and clinical support consistent with CCBHC standardsOpportunities to contribute to service expansion and access initiativesPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
