We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position is open to paraprofessionals, special education specialists, childcare providers, and individuals with experience working with children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Prior ABA experience is not required-training and support will be provided.Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 behavioral support to children and adolescents with developmental needs Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills Assist with behavior management in home, school, or community settings Collect basic data and communicate progress with supervisors and families Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environmentQualifications: Experience working with children in any setting (school, childcare, camps, after-school programs, etc.) Experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays is a plus, but not required Paraprofessional, special education, psychology, education, or related background encouraged to apply Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills Willingness to learn ABA principles and complete RBT training (if not already certified) High school diploma required; college coursework in education, psychology, or related field is a plusWhat We Offer: Paid training toward RBT certification Ongoing supervision and professional support Flexible scheduling options Opportunities for growth in the ABA and behavioral health field Supportive and collaborative work environmentIf you are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in their lives, we encourage you to apply-even if you are new to ABA.
