Job Title

Support cardiovascular care by assisting physicians with obtaining high-quality digital radiographic images of the heart, peripheral vessels, and other necessary structures. This role demands expertise in operating and maintaining advanced cath lab imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures. Key Responsibilities: Operate radiographic equipment to capture clear, diagnostic images. Adjust and pan radiographic tables to best visualize targeted anatomical structures. Set and monitor x-ray acquisition parameters for cardiac and peripheral imaging. Uphold radiation safety standards with proper protective measures. Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for daily use and individual cases. Conduct quality control checks and maintain ample supplies compliant with regulatory standards. Collect and accurately document patient data, procedure details, and equipment usage. Assist in patient preparation, sterile field maintenance, line preparation, and administration of injectables under physician supervision. Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain cath lab equipment including IVUS, HeartLab, and ICE systems. Support continuous quality improvement by reporting variances and maintaining data accuracy. May provide staff training and assume lead worker responsibilities as needed. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or similar imaging role. Proficiency with cardiac catheterization lab equipment and procedures. Strong knowledge of radiation safety and sterile practices. Ability to accurately document and manage clinical data. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
