We're looking for a licensed pediatric therapist who wants to work alongside a pediatric team and build their practice within a growing clinic.This is not an employed position.It's an opportunity to grow your own practice within a supportive, family-centered environment without the overhead of running your own office.What This Looks LikeYou'll provide therapy services to children and families referred from our clinic, while also building your own patient base over time.You'll have the flexibility to:Create your own schedule within our space.Grow at your own pace.Build relationships with families and maintain continuity.What We Provide: Clinic space within an active pediatric practice. Referrals from pediatric providers. A collaborative care environment. Integration into a model focused on access and continuity.You will manage your own billing, credentialing, and insurance contracts.Getting Started We understand that building volume takes time.We offer a flexible start with no overhead in the initial phase, allowing you to establish your presence and grow your patient base.As volume increases, we can transition into a simple long-term structure.Our CommunityWe serve a diverse population of families from many cultural and linguistic backgrounds.We value therapists who are culturally aware, collaborative, and comfortable working with a wide range of families. Multilingual skills are a strong plus.Requirements: Active Virginia license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD, licensed in VA) Experience working with children and adolescents Ability to practice independently (fully licensed, not under supervision) Current professional liability insurance (malpractice) Active NPI number Who This Is A Good Fit For: Therapists interested in building or growing a pediatric-focused practice.
